Limits of evaluation:
E) Unexpected improvements, which have not occurred due to the administration of the treatment.

F) Total results of the treatment, i.e. results, which have been mentioned in the documents
and which have been mentioned by the doctor and the patient; and experienced by the patient.
They are rated as: satisfied, satisfied, less satisfied, not satisfied, very unsatisfied, very satisfied with termination of cure.
